Warm white and wheat toast, Southern style buttermilk biscuits, muffins and other breakfast breads with creamery butter and jam

Southern Breakfast 2

Layered – grits on the bottom, breakfast meat (your choice of bacon or sausage), topped with scrambled eggs and sprinkled cheese

Continental Breakfast

An array of bakery fresh  muffins, French croissants, bagels, and doughnuts

Served with fresh creamery butter, old style jam or jelly and melt in your mouth crème cheese

Breakfast Sandwiches

Choice of farm fresh sausage, bacon or Southern ham with scrambled eggs, served on fresh light and flakey croissants

Fresh and nutritious seasonal fruit tray artfully arranged

Florida orange, apple or pineapple juice

American cheese

Fresh ground steamy hot South American coffee.   Two cups provided per person.

Sandwiches include crisp potato chips, chilled dill pickle spear, and a fresh baked cookie with lettuce and tomato and condiments on the side

Bread choices-Fresh bakery white, wheat or French croissant

Meat Selection-roast beef, turkey, ham 

Gwen's Savannah family recipe tuna or chicken salad upon request at an additional charge

Vegetarian sandwich comes on bakery fresh wheat bread with Monterey jack cheese, crisp, fresh lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, roasted red California red peppers and an Hawaiian pineapple slice with a Duke's mayonnaise and herb dressing

Grilled fresh chicken breast on fresh bakery white or wheat toast along with crisp lettuce, tomato, crunchy potato chips, pickle spear and fresh baked cookie-condiments on the side

Mexican Salad- black beans, garbanzo beans, farm fresh corn, tangy onions, cilantro leaves, hot jalapeno peppers, green bell peppers, along with Mexican seasonings make up this salad

Mexican Rice-healthy brown rice, kidney beans, taco seasoning, spicy tomato sauce make this rice delicious

Mexican Casserole-Ground beef, chili beans, salsa, crisp tortilla chips, farm fresh sour créme, jumbo black olives and other ingredients make this casserole MMM good!

Mexican Chicken-Fresh chicken breast, spicy Mexican salsa, cheddar cheese and garlic make this good!

Mexican corn muffins- fresh farm butter milk, cheddar cheese, hot jalapeno peppers and stone ground cornmeal makes these muffins hot and last, but not least dessert:  Strawberry Margarita cake!

Italian chicken – ingredients – chicken breast, mushrooms, green peppers, zucchini, chopped onions and pasta sauce – do not say homemade pasta sauce

For all day meetings and classes.  Breakfast, lunch and a snack for your break includes two deliveries with one delivery charge. 

Breakfast

Assortment of bagels, muffins, flakey French croissants, served with creme cheese and an assortment of jellies.

Fresh fruit in season is additional

Piping hot fresh ground South American coffee

Hot breakfast sandwiches and hot breakfasts are also available.

Lunch

Sandwich-choice of turkey, ham, roast beef on white, wheat, or French croissants with your choice of Duke's mayo, French's mustard, Heinz catsup or plain-select one bread-comes with fresh lettuce, garden tomato, crisp potato chips, crunchy pickle spear and cookie tray

Beverage-sweet tea or unsweetened tea

Hot lunch is optional
